The term “Artificial Intelligence” was coined in 1956, and by the 1960s, computer scientists were teaching machines to mimic human decision-making. Today, AI systems demonstrate a range of human-like behaviors and are used in various industries, from finance to healthcare, transportation to education. Some examples of AI applications include self-driving cars, virtual personal assistants, speech recognition software, and chatbots.

There are various tools and frameworks used in AI, such as Caffe, a deep learning framework that is widely used among AI engineers and enterprise users for its speed. AI is defined as the ability of a computer or robot to perform tasks associated with human intelligence by dictionaries like Merriam-Webster and Encyclopaedia Britannica.

Facial recognition, learning, reasoning, problem-solving, perception, language use, and strong AI are some of the features that make up AI. AI has the potential to eliminate repetitive and dull tasks, freeing up time for more complex and interesting work, and even imitate human cognition by enabling machines to perform tasks that were once thought exclusive to human intelligence, such as understanding natural language.
